Managed Care

Ordisyn stays useful because someone remains responsible for it.

Managed Care means Ordisyn remains involved after launch. We monitor and maintain the covered installation, respond when something goes wrong, verify its protection, help the people using it, control routine operating costs, and improve it safely as the business changes. The owner retains authority, each customer remains separate, and major new capabilities are clearly scoped before additional work begins.

One Managed Care service

Care is not divided into a lower tier that leaves important responsibilities behind.

Pricing can reflect the size and complexity of the covered installation. The core responsibility remains the same: watch it, maintain it, support the people using it, and keep the boundary between care and expansion clear.

At a glance

Ten responsibilities make the care relationship understandable.

  1. We actively watch your Ordisyn system.
  2. We investigate covered problems and repair what we installed.
  3. We keep supported components secure, current, and compatible.
  4. We verify the backup and recovery protection you rely on.
  5. We tune and improve the existing system as your business changes.
  6. We select, test, and safely install new capabilities that fit your business as Ordisyn evolves.
  7. We support your people while keeping important decisions under human control.
  8. We give the owner clear visibility into health, activity, cost, and needed decisions.
  9. We keep every customer's information and operations separate.
  10. We clearly distinguish ongoing care from separately scoped expansion.

01 · Keep the installation healthy

Watch, repair, maintain, and verify protection.

01Ordisyn actively watches the systemWe confirm that your covered Ordisyn system is working instead of waiting for you to discover a problem.

What this means in practice

Managed Care watches the health of the Ordisyn platform, approved connections, recurring jobs, storage, backup status, and other configured operating signals. It can also identify quiet deterioration such as expiring credentials, version drift, abnormal usage, or a connection that has stopped responding.

An alert is not simply passed to the customer. We review actionable conditions and determine what actually requires attention.

02Ordisyn investigates problems and repairs what we installedWhen a covered capability stops working, we help determine what happened and take responsibility for the covered repair.

What this means in practice

Managed Care includes incident triage, diagnostics, evidence collection, and repair of covered Ordisyn capabilities that materially stop performing their agreed function.

We distinguish among:

  • An Ordisyn defect
  • Ordinary covered maintenance
  • A customer-system change
  • An outside provider's outage or change
  • Unsupported technology
  • A new requirement rather than a failure

That gives the owner an honest answer about what failed, what was repaired, and what—if anything—requires a separate decision or scope.

03Ordisyn keeps the installation secure, current, and compatibleWe maintain the covered software carefully so the system does not quietly become outdated or break because its surroundings changed.

What this means in practice

Managed Care includes appropriate security, platform, maintenance, and compatibility updates for supported Ordisyn components.

Covered changes are handled with safeguards appropriate to their risk, including:

  • Preflight checks
  • Testing or staged validation
  • Verification after the change
  • A rollback path when practical
  • Pausing an affected capability when continued operation would be unsafe

When an approved outside service changes, we can help diagnose and coordinate the response. Major adapters, migrations, or replacement services may require separate approval and scope.

04Ordisyn verifies backup and recovery protectionWe do not treat “the backup ran” as proof that the system can be recovered.

What this means in practice

Where configured and included, Managed Care checks backup jobs, repository health, recent recovery points, retention, and backup exceptions.

When restore testing is part of the installation, we verify that protected information can actually be restored and that the recovered capability remains useful afterward.

This does not promise that every event is recoverable. It means backup protection is actively examined rather than assumed.

02 · Keep it useful and understandable

Improve the system while people remain informed and in control.

05Ordisyn keeps the existing system useful as the business changesManaged Care allows the installed capability to be adjusted and improved without turning every small change into a new project.

What this means in practice

Real use reveals where prompts, schedules, mappings, thresholds, instructions, or approved rules need refinement. Managed Care includes reasonable routine tuning and minor adjustments within the existing business outcome.

It also includes practical improvement recommendations within the existing business outcome.

The customer benefits from a system that can improve over time rather than remaining frozen at its launch-day version.

06Curated capability updatesWe select, test, and safely install new capabilities that fit your business as Ordisyn evolves.

What this means in practice

Managed Care makes the covered installation eligible for compatible Ordisyn improvements as our platform and methods mature. We evaluate each improvement for the customer's actual installation rather than applying every available capability automatically.

Before an improvement is installed, reusable work is generalized and cleared of customer-specific material, reviewed for fit and compatibility, tested with safeguards appropriate to its risk, and verified after installation. A rollback path is preserved when practical.

This keeps the system advancing without turning it into an uncontrolled experiment. New business outcomes, major integrations, migrations, custom software, and other substantial expansion remain separately scoped and approved.

07Ordisyn supports the people using it while preserving human controlYour people receive help using the system, while important authority remains with the right person.

What this means in practice

Managed Care includes reasonable user assistance, owner and approved-user coaching, and help understanding how the installed capabilities should be used.

We also help preserve the operating boundaries:

  • What Ordisyn may do routinely
  • What it may prepare but not complete
  • Who may approve consequential actions
  • What should stop when information or authority is missing
  • What may be safely contained during an incident

Routine care can move forward. Decisions involving money, customers, publication, contracts, private information, destructive changes, or new authority remain with the appropriate person unless expressly authorized.

08Ordisyn gives the owner useful visibilityYou receive understandable information about the system—not a pile of technical alerts and unexplained charges.

What this means in practice

Where information is available, Managed Care watches usage and operating costs across models, APIs, storage, communications, and other approved services.

Operational summaries can explain:

  • What is working
  • What failed
  • What was repaired
  • What was retried or recovered
  • What costs or usage changed
  • What remains unresolved
  • What needs the owner's decision
  • What improvements we recommend

The purpose is not to prove that Ordisyn is busy. It is to show whether the installed capabilities remain healthy, useful, and worth operating.

09Each customer remains private and operationally separateYour system can benefit from Ordisyn's continued development without sharing your business information with another customer.

What this means in practice

Customer data, credentials, private memory, proprietary procedures, and customer-specific configurations remain separated.

Reusable improvements must be generalized, reviewed, tested, and cleared of customer-specific material before they can become part of the broader Ordisyn Foundation. Raw customer material does not automatically flow into another installation.

Remote access is also limited to the systems and authority expressly authorized for Managed Care. It is not general access to the customer's business or devices.

03 · Keep responsibility clear

Ongoing care is dependable because its boundary is honest.

10Managed Care has a clear responsibility boundaryWe maintain and improve the Ordisyn capabilities covered by your agreement. Managed Care is not an unlimited custom-development subscription.

What this means in practice

The monthly fee covers the ongoing care of the agreed installation. It does not automatically include:

  • Entirely new business outcomes
  • New workflows or integrations
  • Major process redesigns
  • New departments or locations
  • Substantial dashboards
  • Data migrations or major cleanup
  • New hardware or physical repair
  • Major model or provider changes
  • Telephony added later
  • Custom software development
  • On-site work
  • Third-party subscriptions and usage charges
  • Professional legal, compliance, accounting, or cybersecurity services

Those needs can still be handled, but they are defined and approved separately rather than quietly absorbed into the monthly relationship.

A clear responsibility boundary

Managed Care maintains the agreed installation. Expansion remains a deliberate decision.

Managed Care is not an unlimited custom-development subscription. New outcomes, major integrations, migrations, custom software, new locations, on-site work, and third-party charges are defined and approved separately.

Why the boundary matters

Customers receive dependable ongoing care without surprise scope disputes. New work can still move forward, but only after the need, cost, authority, and implementation path are clear.
